Refund Policy

• Final sale on delivery. Paid kits are digital downloads stamped with your name, email, and order ID, and cannot be returned. All sales are final once we send the download link to the email you gave at checkout, except where the law requires a refund.
• Defective files are replaced. If a file will not open, is corrupted, or is missing from the kit, email contact@carbene.ai within 30 days of purchase with your order ID. We will send a working replacement, normally within 2 business days.
• Duplicate charges are refunded. If you were charged twice for the same order, we refund the extra charge.
• Did not receive it? Check spam, then write to us and we will resend your link. You can also get a fresh link from the thank-you page.

Refunds, renewals, and cancellations follow the signed partner agreement. Partner Plus renews yearly unless you give notice at least 30 days before the renewal date, and we send a reminder about 45 days before. A term that has already started is not refunded unless the agreement or the law requires it.

Free kits cost nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Email contact@carbene.ai from the address you used to order, with your order ID (for example CDT-1A2B3C4D). Please contact us before your bank; we usually answer within 1 business day.
